positioning of the hard pipe and the fuse box? I had this problem with my HKS bovs, but eventually found a way to make them fit with enough clearance to where I didn't have to make contact with the fuse box cover, and the old-style HKS's are bigger than the Blitz. You should be able to get enough play from lossening the securing bolts of the fusebox and repositioning/reclocking the bov to make it work. It will be a pain in the ass, but once you get it figured out, you will know how it needs to sit.
