Message	According to Motor cyclist magazine testing The 2001(my year) Honda CBR F4i according to thier tests ran a 10.71 at 126.7 mph.Those are stock numbers,so I am pretty sure that low 10's are easily in reach with a few good choices in modifications and good riding..
