Especially if you want so save some cash (instead of having to order out all the time). Buy LOTS of frozen veggies. Easy to store and make, and very good for you. Just throw 'em in a pot with a 1/2 inch of water, put on top of the stove on high, and cover (steam cooking). Throw a tiny bit of butter on 'em (or no-cal butter spray) and you're good to go. Easy side dish for your hamburger helper.
