Message In two months, I'll still be going to the gym, while 99% of them won't be. I've been going for a long time. I see the same thing every year. In two months from now, I can expect to see the "regulars", while nearly all of the "new year's resolution people" will be gone.

:Thats what is so great about beigna human...The "way you see it" doesnt determine hwo other people think, act, and work. =)

Yup. It's a shame, isn't it? If more people saw it the way I did, maybe they'd stick with the program instead of dropping out and getting fatter. That's probably why the majority of people in the USA are overweight, while I'm not.

Here's one for you- while all these people who think like you keep setting "road markers", futilely trying to lose weight, I'm actually trying to *gain* weight right now. That's the benefit of thinking the way I do. And it's not just me, if you ask the regulars (ie fit people) at the gym, they'd tell you the same thing.

But why listen to me? I'm outnumbered here. Fat people can take solice in the fact that most people don't think the way I do- the majority thinks the way they do. But that majority is also fat just like them, while I'm not, so maybe that should tell you something.
