Now, if you explicitly have asked to have something shipped and it is paid for, that's a problem. You also state you haven't heard back from them yet via email which isn't surprising with how much email these places get. Greg D. gets hundreds. So you really need to call them and ask these questions. Don't rest until you talk to someone. And for god's sake, get your phone fixed :) Get a cell phone or use a PAY phone if you have to!
