With the plenum already off, more like half an hour. I like to take my time, put copper anti-seize on the plug threads, confirm the gap, dielectric grease the connections on both ends of the coil pack. The ECU is pretty easy. Remove four screws holding the wooden floorboards, then a few more bolts holding the ECU and connector. After the first time I can do it in twenty minutes. I wouldn't say you're getting ripped off necessarily, just more or less the "typical" inflated rates you might see at a dealership.
