Hope the job front finds you quickly and for the better!
Damn i'm jealous about that 9x9 tub, i had to let my 7 person caldera tub go when my friend and i sold the house back in may. Was a shame, i spent $6k on the tub and another $6250 on the privacy deck build up for it (hence the reason i couldnt take it w/ me since it was built into the deck), but for a good bottle of scotch and some elbow grease consider yourself lucky.
