Message I felt the difference. The engine reved faster. One more thing is that the oil splashing inside the motor will get stuck on rough cast iron connectiong rod increasing the weight of the actual rod. With this polished smooth rod the oil will stick as much, Oil will slide off the rod easyer. Same thing for crank.
