While the amount of lag is adverse to the level of power acheivable, thats not all there is to a turbo, theres FAR more to the equation. Some examples: This turbo uses the new "GT" wheel design which is FAR more efficient than the old "T" design. You can push more air more efficiently with a smaller wheel. ALso, the center cartridge makes a big difference, bb, etc. Operating temps, cooling methods, how well the wheels are matched to the housing.... While what he says isnt necessarily true, it is possible. You need to open your eyes.
