I'm sure all of you have at least been once to an open test drive event of some sort (there a lot of fun and bring many prospect buys), only problem is that Nissan doesn't do that sortta thing. So I was talking to my dad on the phone one day and he the CEO of nissan motor corp called him and i was like, Dad you know i would really enjoy talkin to this guy sharing my view and opions plus I need a job. So were talking and i bought up the whole test drive event idea, according to him they have been back and forth thinking of doing it but they dont really want to spend money and effort going after a loss cause (after all they did need to borrow money to get back on there feet) so I asked him do you think if somehow i can prove to you that there is enought intrest in an event like this that there might be a possibility to persue this. He said hes highly possibly and half likely. So what im doing is checking out a lot of automotive forums. Like this one and posting wondering weather or not people would actually interested in a Nissan Performance Test Tour, if not at the least sponsor a Z thing for the launch of the R35, to show off the car and get people to want to buy it. (although still years away 2006) So im just wondering who would be interested. (btw I have my flame suit on cuz i know its coming) And i belive teh CEO's name is Caral or something like that it's been a few months since i talked to him (Aug)
