Message	That was the gist of my "observations". Hide it/make it up somewhere else and maintain good customer service policy. There are many variables in business profitablility. And while it's success can go up and down from these variables, if it can't sustain profitability, it's a flawed design or is being run improperly. It wasn't really a suggestion, it was an example. Without seeing the books, there is no way to know if/where it could be made up. But I would NEVER suggest pissing off one customer to save another. That is very short sighted. Today's defrost switch could be tomorrows TT conversion.
