Okay, that doesn't solve someone's problem who just want a cheap part. I pointed out that there are average, fixed costs to shipping any item, independent of the cost of the item, and that these cost are usually more expensive than the customer realizes. You also made this point well. However, I would fall short of stating a "policy" of the $20 minimum. That connotates a certain amount of inflexibility that does not go well with the "boutique" (no offense to your manliness, lol) type of business you are running. Since you are so specialized, you do need to consider individual circumstances, as I'm certain you must feel you already do. You can always charge whatever you deem fair for shipping, but folks on this Forum are going to take it the wrong way if it is put forth as a rigid policy, IMHO.
