As always, stuff coming from COZ arrives packaged very well, sometimes overpacked. No pics of the turbos but they are the HKS GT2530BB kit. Very nice kit, includes everything needed to install. It even comes with holes tapped for EGT bungs in the turbos. .JPG)
Now for the engine pics. Went to Z1 to drop off the turbos and check on the engine. Long story short the engine was hydrolocked back in July, Insurance called it a total loss and paid me $14K and I kept the car. I didnt know how bad the engine was but I was hoping for just a bent rod or 2. I was really hoping that the block would be rebuildable but as you can see it really did some damage. Water really can do some crazy stuff. .JPG)

Here are a few pics of the 2 pistons that were damaged. The rest of the rods looked straight, the first one was bent up pretty good and the second one broke. I was happy that there were no signs of detonation on these 2 pistons. .JPG)

Thats about it, the car should be ready in 3-4 weeks and I am really anxious to see what Ash can get out of it. I think I may be the first person to bolt these turbos up to the Greg D Inconel Manifolds, hopefully we will see good spool results out of them.
