| abbrev of SP 500's. ??? Okay, so you've already conceded that a stock rebuild will hold up to Sport 500 turbos, yet you are considering doing a fully built bottom end with stock turbos. You can't be right both ways, that is simply illogical. Then you talk about the new turbos going in with the "possibility" of larger IC's and injectors. Again, your priorities seem out of whack to me. Once you start going to bigger turbos, you NEED bigger injectors and intercoolers for the safety of the engine, to help prevent detonation from leaning out and too high of intake temps. I think your plans for your engine are about as vague as the non-"specific" plans you have for your car in general. I would do a little more reading and research if I were you, but hey, you've got all those resources (shop sponsorship??) so more power to you. And there are folks here who know A LOT more about rebuilding engines than I, so remember what you paid for this advice.
