Message	only dips below that when uploading from a slow(er) server. But after using my cousin's Road Runner cable, and getting sonsistant 200+kb/s downloads off of WinMX, my service feels awefully slow, would get cable myself but service in my area is ridiculously expensive, that and I already have Satelite. -----sig pic----- "Why don't you go find a quiet corner and practice being an individual."
