Message Is explain how your products are made. Some people will buy the cheapest product no matter what. It's their car, if that's their decision, so be it.
I've bought from most of the vendors on this site. I've never had a bad experience, but some of the experiences I've had weren't quite up to the expectations I had given the satisfaction other people have had. But I will say, without question, I have the absolute best experience buying from you - and the amount of tech support you lent me with my clutch install can't be duplicated. So, it's more than a quality product that makes the difference, IMHO.
People will put crap parts on their car, big ugly wings, etc. It's going to happen. Many still don't use the search function. What can you do?
