Message	I guess they could search on google. Depending on the ceramic, and probably the constituent that makes it black (possibly SiB4 compound), that adds greatly to the emissivity. Similar coatings are used for the (black) shuttle tile coatings which require high (>0.9) emittance. Hmmm... how can you really quantify the added effect of the better emitting plenum? Temperature vs time of under the hood once you cool the car off?
