Subject	Has anyone used the "guaranteed to pass" additive?

Message	I have my emmisions coming up and I was wondering how well this works. I know my nox is right on the line. A mechanic recommended this product to me. He said his offroading truck and jeep have no emmisions equiptment on them anymore and they still passed emissions standards. Has anyone used this before?
