Message I have posted 2 or 3 times these numbers...Nissan charges about 23 hours +- a few to pull the engine, replace the turbos, and drop the engine back in. Most dealers charge near $100/hr nowadays, so figure $2300 in labor to ahve the turbos done.

You should look for a well maintained Z for many reasons. One of which is that a well maintained Z will not need turbos probably until past 120k miles.

You shoudl also decide if you want to modify it or not...With 80k on the ticker, if you up the boost radically, it will wear them out much faster. There are atleast 2 good turbo sets on the market that are under $2000...Then either pay for labor, or do it yrouself, which is what I would do in your position.

Be prepared for stuff to break...Cars break...Zs are expensive.
