Message	ship COD, if for whatever reason, the reciever doesn't want it, they're out shipping AND the cost of shipping it COD. word to the wise though, seen this many times in claims dept. if you ship say 4 tires, and ship COD, tag ALL tires COD. if you just tag 1 COD, then the reciever can take 3 tires, refuse to pay for the COD tire, and the shipper is SOL. tagging all 4 costs a lil more, but at least you can't get ripped off as easily....
