Subject	Oil Catch Tank???

Message	I know...dumb question, but I really did try search. I learned that the oil catch tanks are used to replace the pcv valves. If this is true, then what goes in the valves places, and can you install it with the engine and plenum still on, or do you need the plenum off??? I really appreciate any replys...thanks!
