Message	But first of all you must understand that 25.4mm = 1 inch That being said if you say cut the fender lip and say rolled the fender you could in theory get yourself another 1/2" of clearance maybe a whole inch. If that is the case you could possibly use rim that has +20 offset instead of +45 offset. But you would be taking a risk and for what gains? So place it safe and use some rims that are known to work for the 300ZX.
