this dude was traveling at 291.87 feet per second. think about that for a minute. when you check your mirrors before changing lanes, how far back do you look? How far back can you look with that whole "object in mirror is closer than it appears" factor? someone going that fast is not something you can always watch out for. Plus with reaction time as a factor you may not be able to make a maneuver fast enough to get out of the way or for him to hit his brakes to avoid hitting you. how many feet do you think it would take for that ferrari to drop 120 mph off its speed?
