Message : 1) Should I get down pipes instead of using gutted pre-cats. Well 3" Down pipes even fit?

Definately. 3" DPs will fit if you use 3" TPs. If you go with a 2.5", the flange won't be quite perfect.

2) Atlanta has pollution laws and I drive this car often and don't want to possibly get hit with a $500 ticket. So should I get test pipes or just use the gutted main cats? Or should I get test pipes and put the cat shields on the test pipes so if there is to a visual test the car would look stock.. Well sort of.

heat shields on the 3" test pipes! Save the main cats (ungutted)in case you ever need to put them back on

: 3) Since I am doing the clutch should I get a lighten flywheel? Instead of buying the other stuff? I was told that if you have U/R pulley you need to counter balance the engine with a lighten flywheel.

your call on this one. personally, I'd rather have a full exhaust than a lighter flywheel.

4) How about if I get the flywheel and aluminum drive shaft instead and use the gutted pipes..

see above

5) I also replacing my rear main seals, shifter bushing, PVCs, differential fluid, and transfluid. Is there anything I should get done while the car is being worked on? That would save me money redudant labor?

rear transmission mount

My biggest concerns is well 3" down pipes fit on a gutted main cats. Well test pipes fit on 2 1/2 cat back if I decided to go that way? Any advise is appreciated.

the 3" TP or 2.5" TP will fit the flange at the catback section. WIth the 3" DP, you'll need the 3" TP
