but what percentage of the Z32 owners here have the ability to modify their cars with an ECU and fine-tune every step of the way? I would say most people buy an ECU with fine-tuning in mind, but don't have the resources or the opportunity to bring their cars into the shops for fine-tuning. In the meanwhile when they're driving their cars around (for one reason or another), they would like to get the most performance out of their ECU investment. There may be some who are die-hard Z owners and would spend every penny (or what seems every penny) on modifications, but then there are some of us who lives in the real world. Comparo tests serve purposes for the mass community. If it didn't, why would companies like Consumer Reports exist?
