from me for their application, but it doesn't take into account that they may have 'x' degree of boost leak, a weak fuel pump, a limpy FPR, incorrectly set base timing, etc etc etc... Then I would be providing a chip directly to them for comparison and it would undoubtedly be viewed as me making some 'hot' chip. I have several different programs for a single injector size so if a chip is used from customer 'x', what's to say that's the proper chip for the test car running the same injectors. Custom tuning is the only way to extract the most HP from your setup and a chip just isn't the thing to compare..
