Would you be concerned if someone popped up with ECUs 9 years after you did and entered a market that is pretty much already saturated with your own product? It's not in their best interest (financially or personally) to get back into the ECU competition. Besides, I've spoken with Jim about how they designed/tested their ECU and they are fairly confident that the way they did it then is the "right" way. As for them reading/responding on this board. It is very obvious that posting as a manufacturer on the internet leads you to walk a precarious line between providing information and defending yourself responsibly. Yes, they read but I think they take a large majority of the information/misinformation here with a grain of salt.
