Message	I am running through the lights at ~6500 rpm. I can tell you that my power drops off big time at 5500 (damn stock turbos!). So I am similar to you, going through the lights with not much power. On one run I did shift into 5th, but that dropped my speed to 113 mph. It could have been a bad run regardless, but I only tried that once. What I would do is shift at 5500 rpm, and do not shift into 4th unlerss you are right at 7K on the tach (actually 6600ish). You will not be running the best times, but at that power range you are stuck in no man's land.
