Job Title: ERP Business Analyst Stf
Specific Description
This position is for an ERP Business Analyst Staff for Lockheed Martin Enterprise Information Systems. The applicant is responsible for developing SAP R/3 ABAP applications for the Lockheed Martin Space Systems (LMSS) customer on the ERP Phase 2 project. The applicant is also responsible for high level/detail analysis of business requirements, direction to less experienced programming personnel, interfacing with the customer to identify, explain, and resolve technical challenges.

The applicant has proven programming skills with experience in at least one of the following technical skills: ABAP/4, SAP BAPI, SAPscript, COBOL and JCL. The applicant has a desire to work in a business applications development environment and to continue learning and applying new technologies.

MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED:
= Demonstrated programming skills with experience in one of the following technical skills: ABAP/4, SAP BAPI, SAPscript and COBOL;
= Demonstrated experience with SAP EDI; SAP / ASRS warehouse interface;
= Demonstrated experience with SAP Program Performance Tuning;
=Demonstrated effective customer service skills;
=Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills;
=Demonstrated effective teaming skills;
=Desire to continue learning and applying new technologies;
=Demonstrated problem solving skills;
=Demonstrated Leadership skills.

DESIRED SKILLS:
=Degree and/or studies focus on Information Technology field;
=Understanding of legacy system technology, including COBOL, IMS DB/DC, JCL, FOCUS;
=Lean Thinking/Six Sigma experience;
=Self-motivated.
General Position Description
Applies functional knowledge to the design and customization of SAP or PeopleSoft client/server application to meet the company's requirements and systems needs. Understands content, processes, and procedures associated with implementing enterprise applications. Writes functional requirements, develops test plans, and works with production issues. Works with developers to ensure requirements are being met. At higher levels, serves as subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with implementing enterprise applications.
Typical Minimum Education
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in related discipline with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of related experience with Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.
