Good move on moving back in with your parents. That's a good start. Try to consolidate the debt as much as possible. Also - time to start busting your ass. Get another job. If you are a student - it may be wise to take a break from school to do this. Work your butt off earning money on the side - mow lawns, be a waiter - I build websites on the side and I know that can pay well. Know how to program?
