Since your arraingment is so soon on the 12th, go in there and ask for a continuation so that you may aquire an attorney, they must grant you this as it your right to be represented. Even If you cannot afford an attorney this will give you time to do the following: before your arraingment go ahead and complete any defensive driving schools offered and do about 20-40hrs of comm. service. Bring all your cetificates of completion/hours sheet to court. This will show the prosecutor that you are serious about what happened and he/she maybe more willing to work with you, with enough dick sucking/clit licking you might be able to get a reduction (hopefully too fast for condition or something like that) I have talked to alot of current and former prosecutors and they all said they would not look twice at someone who comes in there with nothing and is like "come on, give me a break, work with me" But even if you do get some kind of plea aggrement there is no guarantee that the judge will accept it. But if it was me, I would pay the money for the lawyer, if he is worth a shit he will probably tell you to do the exact same thing as I did (defensive driving class/comm. service) before the trial. So don't wait until the last minute to accquire an attorney if that is the way you go.
