Subject	Question about Carbon Dash kits.....

Message	I have a Joshua Tree carbon dash kit and I was curios about the prep solvent used to clean the dash parts before installation. I have heard in the past that i can use rubbing alcohol to prep the surface, is that okay? Would rubbing alcohol clean all the old armor all off the dash peices? The reason why i am asking is that i would like to install the carbon kit today but i only have one small tube of the 3M prep solvent (my dad used the other one that came with the kit, putting a wood trim kit in his car, so I am stuck with only one tube of the prep solvent).
