| Well I posted about a month ago [ http://www.twinturbo.net/net/viewmsg.aspx?forum=general&msg_id=1022640&words=Ztoyz ] in the hopes, Steve would get a wake-up call and finally send out my order. Until today, I haven't heard from him in about 2 months. My order was placed in Mai/June 2003. Last thing he said was "oh yeah, your seats are done and they look incredible....I'm gonna mail them out tomorrow". Well, I love the seats, too - except for the fact that I never received them !!! Steve, I always just wanted you to give me some kind of response. I think you can expect that as a customer, especially for something you already paid for. Now, you don't even answer your phone anymore, and your voicebox is always full anyway. Also, emails get kicked back all the time. What am I supposed to do....listen to other voices that say they received their stuff and quality makes up for the crappy customer svc ???? I've tried to keep my bearing...you leave me no choice but to turn this matter over to my lawyer. It's a shame it had to come that far. cheers
