Message you would have to either make multiple runs swapping the exhaust back and forth, or compare cars with the same mods with the only difference being exhaust. To be able to measure a 'significant difference' statistically would require an 'N'of otherwise identical cars which would be unrealistic. Also comparing error is based on an assumption of what % certainty you want, and can be adjusted accordingly. For a statistical analysis of scientific data one usually uses 95-98% as the percent of certainty for quantifying a 'significant difference' between two factors, however since most of these dynos are so far away from a controlled setting I doubt that ANY mod that does not produce a large amount of bolt on hp could even be statistically proven to make any difference on a stock car.

I don't try to argue statistical differences on something that has so many varibles...It would be great if someone could solve all the arguments about mods with math, but the fact is the few compared dynos have favored the HKS, and just by design it 'appears' superior...
