Message To me the B&B has always been about the quad ovals that match the shape of the valance openings. I got a lot of compliments on the system based on that and sound, one guy even drove around w. me for 10 min to see how the in cabin sounded to him.

I think the LaBree is a nice system but it still doesn't match what *I* like about the B&B, while the HiPer I have found offensive since the first time I saw it about 3 years ago.

To me the agrgument about price is mute - the HiPer to me "for the money" is still a sorry looking exhaust that does not compliment the lines of the Z and looks painfully out of place. If "it costs the least" is really a persons driving force for exhaust - go to a shop and have some open pipes made.

I won't tell you to spend $1000+ for a B&B, hell I didn't not in the 2 times I have bought their products. Back in the day CarParts.com used to carry B&B, I got a system for my 2+2 for UNDER $900 shipped (after UPS smashed the first one enroute to me btw and CP.com replaced it and refunded my shipping costs) and again when I sold my 2+2 I took the system off of the car and sold it to a guy in Cali for LESS then what I paid. Finally when I got my turbo I found a used system (needed cleaning but other wise flawless - a testement to it being ALL stainless steel and not just the canisters) in Atlanta - I happened to be driving from Birmingham to Atlanta that weekend and I just picked it up in route - paying somewhere in the ball park of $800 for it.

If the Labree appeals to you by all means, if you like the HiPer... well I think you need better taste and I'm sad to see it on any car much less a Z. But please stop going on about "I'm mad because I paid too much" - it's just about as cleaver as a "yo mama" joke and really continues to miss the point I've been trying to make. Which in a nutshell is this:

If you have $600 to spend on a HiPer but can't for the life of you find the extra $2-300 for an exhaust that doesn't scream "Lost Honda Owner" then really you can't afford a Z in the first place.
