He handled our first GB. The second GB I set up (but never ran), was for roughly $700.oo versus the $620.oo of the original GB.Brad is the MOST upstanding individual I've ever dealt with. Even, far and above Cozs excellent service. Brad has offered to re-install my system completely (5th time), and replace the defective pump at no cost. He admitted there have been problems with the pumps, and has covered my other pumps completely, covering shipping costs as well. But I am tired of the headaches. The DIY system is more rubust, higher PSI, and is maintenence free. It's also well under 1/2 the cost of the aquamist kit. (roughly $200.oo to $250.oo). Of the 11 people who were in the original GB, only 4 folks installed theirs. Bernie(ooparts?), and spongerider both had problems. I had problems. and Glenn(sanjose) blew his engine (unrelated/related???). Also, there is ****NOTHING**** bolt on about this kit. It requires some fabrication, much wiring, much plumbing, etc... If reliability is where it should be for a $700.oo (Group Buy price!) kit, then I wouldnt say anthing. Infact, I've remained silent about it for 2 years, thinking it was my install... but I am certain, it is the reliability of the product. (quality is absolutely AMAZING... but reliability is not). /vent_off.
