Message	If they perform a diagnostic and you refuse to get serviced by them, they cannot just "make up" some fee and charge you. These people are shady. It wouldn't be beyond them to tell you that their diagnostic fee is $300 an hour. I've had extremely bad experiences at dealerships, and I've found that they'll make up things to charge you for, for instance the $750 they tried to charge me for an airflow meter during a free injector recall. They never asked if I wanted it put in, in fact I told them not to touch anything else but the injectors. None of my cars will ever be brought to a dealer again.
