Message	Lots of people will at one point or another refuse service after a diagnostic has been performed. The diag. costs them money. Youll find that if you get the work done, then they usualyl *waive* the diag. fees. So really, its not that they are charging you some out-of-nowhere diag fee...But they would waive it if you had work dont there...maybe =)
