just plain avoids all the questions and comments. Gives the builder/tuner the peace and quiet to do what he wants to do. When it's done, then they should provide a full documentation on the project. If not, then it's doubters-ville. And he all know about that. In the end, I think it's just all about how you present the project. Just be thorough and provide as much documentation as possible to back up everything. And be ready to answer questions. I'm all for the hush-hush approach. Just come out with a big bang!
