| We have been working on a car for a while that we hope to finish up in the next couple weeks. The yellow TT is owned by Gary Owen's of Wichita Kansas, who has given us the opportunity to build a monster. But the challenge is that it will be a street car, driven regularly. We are building a TT with HKS 2835's that will actually run and lay down the numbers it should, but will even have AC. Don't try this at home. We have set up to handle custom fabrication needs for projects of this caliber in house. A quick rundown of powerplant mods includes:
Engine:
-Pauter rods
-88mm wiseco pistons
-F1 polymer coated rod and main bearings
-ARP rod, main, and head studs
-O ringed block with copper headgaskets
-Ferrea 1mm oversize valves
-Dual Coil valve springs with titanium retainers
-Tomei Solid lifters (lightweight)
-Z1 Cams
-JUN adjustable Cam gears
-Extreme Portwork
-Completely cryogenically treated engine (all parts) -Custom Tubular Exhaust Manifolds
-HKS 2835 Turbos
-Tial 40mm external Wastegates
-Tial BOV's
-All custom intake/exhaust/intercooler piping done by Z1
-Custom FMIC
-Border 850cc injectors and rail
Just to name a few things We will be tuning the car and expect some impressive #'s.
We will be revving it over 8k with over 30 psi boost.
