Message	and that was very loud. If you eliminate the cats, I doubt you will get away with it. Unless all the cops in your city/town are deaf. Performance wise eliminating the cats will help some bad, but without the cats, mufflers, or resonators (some cars have them) you might get some funny sounds at certain rpm's.
