Message	loosen it. i'd lose all power steering in the middle of a turn, and it'd stiffen the wheel. since the speedometer was sitting at 0mph no matter how fast i was going, i guess the car was thinking i wasn't moving so my power steering wouldn't compensate that way it should've.... glad your ok though man, get it fixed asap..
