You can go stage 3 without getting rid of the cats. I can't tell you what your horsepower would be, since it varies with your boost and engine condition. Running more boost will give you more power than other mods. I still have all my cats, and I dyno'd at 339 rwhp/389 rwtq. Your mileage may vary. :Does anyone have their CATS and at stage 3? I looked at some people from NYC too that had their cats gutted too. I am trying to figure my options. The problem with removing your cats is that it's bad for the environment and kills trees. But since NYC has no trees left to kill, you shouldn't worry about it.
