1) I passed MA emissions with no precats and just my OEM main cats. Stillen claims about 396 flywheel HP at stage 3. I actually put down 316 with stock timing and air/fuel at Stage 3 plus lightened flywheel, GD SF DP's (you get that one?) and main cats. If your exhaust doesn't have much rust, then you can unbolt the main cats and replace with test pipes, then replace again when you need to do emissions. Just make sure your car is warmed up for about 20 minutes before going to get the readings. ***This is all contingent on you not having to pass cold start emissions, in which case, I cannot speak from experience. I do think you would need precats for that though*** 2) N/A 3) Yes, that defines stage 3 :) If you mean with out, then yes, you can do that also. That will allow you to run 13.5 psi with a safe fuel map. 4) Yes, it losens the restrictions of the intake path. Hope that helps :)
