Message	You got me thinking. I just read up on brown recluse stings and it doesn't sound like I was bit by one of them. From what I just read, it sounds like you don't feel the bite right away and it starts destroying your tissue hours later. In my case, I felt it right away, and it hurt. The pain went after a little while, too. I don't know what it was, then. It was some kind of spider that's brown with black markings and lives on rocks near water.
