Message	from my (very) limited knowledge someone that happens to like your car enough can trace your plate # through the DMV and get your home address and try to take your ride for an "unauthorized" test drive... so in other words NA owners need not worry =) but then again I could be completly wrong.. maybe "Sorry sir but Full Service does not include jet fuel"
