and not the pistons themselves... a number of people have defended them saying they followed Polydyne/Wisecos install instructions and had no issues whatsoever. Sounds like the shops that had problems just did it their own ways and blamed the pistons for the problems of shoddy work... but I can't speak for others, just stating what I've seen people defend.
