The fact that the car's exterior is in good condition says that he and the previous owners probably took decent care of it. The suspension's just been done so that's another plus. Check for the obvious signs like smoke from the turbos and make sure you watch the car at idle for about ten minutes. Make sure the 60k has been done. You could compression check the engine to make sure it's got life left in it. Check how the engine bays looks, is it clean? etc. etc. etc. Go with your gut feelings; if youre looking for a black Z then this might be the one for you.
