Message Ok, its time to order a dual intake kit for my car, and what were
very limited options just 2 years ago now offer many options.
So here's what I gathered by my searches. What do you think?

Option #1 :
-The old and proven JWT Dual Intake Setup

Price - $580 (conceptzperformance.com)
Link to Manufacturer - La-Z-Link
Impressions - Have heard of idle issues, it is costly, flow is pretty
good. Any additional input?

Option #2 :
-Ash/Z1 Motorsports Doolz Intake system

Price - $490 -$630 (dependant on finish and filters)
Link to Manufacturer - La-Z-Link
Impressions - Attractive appearance, costly, new to market, additional
input or ideas on this setup?

Option #3 :
-RVM Dual Intake Kit setup

Price - $180.00
Link to Manufacturer - La-Z-Link
Impressions - Very affordable, identical to JWT unit, no eprom
upgrade included. Any ideas?

Option #4 :
-Custom Dual Intake setup
-Elimination of stock intake piping. Route intake pipes out to stock
IC locations with minimal bends and no snaking area under nose
panel.

Price - Cost of 2 filters + piping.......~$250.00
Impressions - The idea seems simple and makes a ton of sense.
But it would eliminate recirculated BOV's as they would become
open air. I have never seen a setup like this or heard of an eprom/ecu
program to allow for this. This idea appeals to me but can
it be done without something like stand alone?

Anyways, hopefully this presented you with some info, and hopefully
you can help me out with my decision and possibily shed some
light on Option #4 for me. Enjoy.

Z ya,
Jerry
