Message	i live near cinci, and drove down to TN to get my Z. Credit union would not release cash untill i had title..we worked around it by going to his bank, having his bank officer call my credit union and verify that we were both there, and that the title was sighned/notorized. then my bank trasnfered the cash and it was goof. sucked for the guy in TN...met me in the morning..had car inspected...went to bank..waited for money to transfer...took like 8 hours total...just lots of running around. he was real good about it all, but i think he was tired of us by the end of the day :). Anyhow..yeah thats normal [short version]
